Take group bookings in your Calendar, with several people in one time slot
Set Max attendees per slot on a calendar, and the same time stays bookable until every seat is taken. Useful for classes, tours and group sessions.

Mampu AI Calendars can now host group sessions. Set how many people can book the same time, and that time stays bookable until every seat is taken, so you can run classes, tours or webinars from one calendar.
How do I let several people book the same time slot in Mampu AI?
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub → Calendar and go to the Tools tab.
- Click Add calendar, or edit an existing calendar.
- Open Advanced settings and raise Max attendees per slot to the number of seats per session, then save.
How do bookings work when a slot has several seats?
- Leave Max attendees per slot at 1 for one-on-one appointments. Calendars stay one-on-one unless you raise it.
- Each attendee books, reschedules and cancels independently.
- A cancelled seat opens the time up again for someone else.
- Every booking appears in the Schedule tab, alongside your other appointments.
