The trade-offs live in the fine print of its own pricing page: the Growth plan (from US$39/month annual) is hard-capped at 3 users and excludes the AI Support Agent; AI replies on higher plans are metered (roughly 250/month on Pro) with paid top-ups; and per-message WhatsApp charges are billed 'based on WATI's rate card' on top of the subscription.
