Start a WhatsApp template with a picture, video or document from the library
Draft a WhatsApp template that opens with a picture, video or document in the WhatsApp Templates library, and apply it to any of your numbers.

Mampu AI can now create WhatsApp templates that open with a picture, video or document from the WhatsApp Templates library, not only from one number's own Templates tab. You upload the file once and use the template on any of your WhatsApp API numbers.
How to use it
- Open Settings → WhatsApp Templates and click New template.
- Under Header, choose Image, Video or Document, then click Upload example to add the sample file WhatsApp reviews the template with.
- Write the rest of the template and click Save draft.
- Click the send icon on the template's row and tick the numbers that should have it.
Details
- Every number you apply the draft to receives the sample together with the template, so the same header works on all of them.
- The file stays in the library. When your team picks the template in a conversation reply, a new conversation, a blasting or a message-sequence step, it is already attached, with a small preview and the note From the template library.
- To send a different file just this once, click the × on the file and upload another or paste a link. The template itself does not change.
- Templates apply to WhatsApp API (WhatsApp Cloud) numbers only.
