Let customers book appointments with a booking link

Mampu AI can now give every saved calendar a public booking page, so customers book an appointment themselves from a link you share anywhere. They pick a slot from your real availability, in their own time zone, and the booking lands in your calendar.
How do I share a booking link so customers can book appointments in Mampu AI?
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub → Calendar and open the settings of a saved calendar.
- Under Booking page, choose an Inbox for public bookings so each booking also opens a conversation with that customer.
- Click Copy booking link and share it with your customers.
- See every appointment in the Schedule tab.
What can customers do after they book through the booking page?
- Every confirmation includes a personal manage link, a short URL that fits on one line in a chat, where the customer can reschedule or cancel on their own.
- With an inbox chosen, booking messages and reminders work automatically for page bookings. Without an inbox, page bookings only appear in the schedule.
- The Schedule tab is a weekly view of appointments across your calendars, colour-coded as Booked, Blocked or Cancelled.
- Expand a booking to see who it's with, when, the customer's phone number and anything your flows collected.
