Blast a spreadsheet of contacts without importing it first
Upload a CSV or Excel file straight in the blasting form, match the phone and name columns, add a label if you like, and send.

Mampu AI can now send a blasting to the people in a CSV or Excel file uploaded straight in the blasting form. You no longer need to import the file under Contacts, label everyone and then pick that label as the audience.
How to use it
- Open Blasting, pick the channel tab and click Create blasting.
- In the audience block, choose Upload a list instead of Filter contacts and pick your file.
- Match the phone number column, and optionally a name and any other column you want to use in the message.
- Add labels if you like, pick the Scheduled time and click Create.
Details
- CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files are accepted. Extra columns become custom attributes you can insert into the message as variables.
- Labels go to everyone in the list; pick existing ones or type new ones on the spot.
- The people in the file are added to Contacts while the blasting is being prepared, so their conversation history stays in one place. Someone who is already a contact is updated, not duplicated.
- The blasting card shows how many contacts will receive it and how many rows were skipped, with a Download skipped rows link. On WhatsApp API (WABA) you can also skip anyone who was already sent the template you are sending.
