Switch a product off in the AI product catalogue without deleting it
Each product in the catalogue now has an On switch. Off means the AI agent stops recommending, quoting and selling it until you switch it back on.

Mampu AI can now hold a product back from your AI agents without deleting it: every product in the catalogue has an On switch. Use it when an item is out of stock, discontinued for a season, or needs a price check before the agent should mention it again.
How to use it
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub and click the Product tile.
- Find the product and turn its On switch off.
- Turn the switch back on when the product is ready to sell again. It is available straight away.
Details
- While a product is off, the AI agent leaves it out of recommendations, catalogue answers and order taking.
- The row stays in your table, greyed out, with its description, price and photos intact.
- A price-list upload or store sync never switches an off product back on.
- New products, typed in or imported, start switched on.
