Mampu AI can now include images and files in a blasting, so one send delivers your product photos, brochure or latest price list to everyone in the audience, together with the message. Blastings are no longer text-only.
How do I send images and files in a blasting in Mampu AI?
- Open Blasting, pick the channel tab and click Create blasting.
- Name the blasting, select the inbox it sends from and write your message.
- In Media, drag and drop your images or files, or click to browse.
- Select the audience, pick the Scheduled time and click Create.
What limits apply when you attach media to a blasting?
- The Media field appears on blasting forms where attachments are available.
- The maximum size per file is 40MB. A larger file is not accepted, and the form tells you so.
- Remove a file you added by mistake before you create the blasting.
- The blasting goes out at the time you choose, so you can prepare it with its media now and send it later.
