Reach contacts by the labels on their conversations in filters, segments and blasts
Labels your team adds to a conversation now count when you filter contacts, save a segment or choose a blasting audience, so nobody is missed.

Mampu AI now counts the labels on a person's conversations, not only the labels on their contact, wherever you pick people by label. Filter Contacts, save a segment or choose a blasting audience by label, and everyone whose conversation carries that label is included, together with the contacts you labelled directly.
How to use it
- In Contacts, open the filter, add a Labels condition and pick the label your team uses in conversations.
- To reuse it, click Save filter and give the segment a name. A saved segment picks up conversation labels on its own.
- In a blasting, choose Filter contacts as the audience and add the same label condition.
Details
- The count under the audience, "… contacts will receive this blasting", now matches the number of people who will hear from you.
- The label lists in the Contacts sidebar already counted both, so every place you choose people by label now agrees with them.
- Filtering for people without a label now means no label on the contact and none on any of their conversations.
