Mampu AI can now recommend your newest models first. Give your products a Year, and when a customer names only a brand or a family, such as "do you have iPhone?" or "any Samsung?", your Flow Agent leads with the matching products from the most recent year.
How do I make my AI recommend my newest product models first in Mampu AI?
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub and choose the Product tile.
- Click Add entry, or edit an existing product, and fill in Year (for example 2025) beside Price and Currency.
- When you import a price list, match your year column to the Year field.
How does the product Year change which models the AI recommends?
- Fill in the year on your current models only. Products without a year keep their usual order behind them.
- Year has its own column in the product table, so you can see which products carry one.
- Re-uploading a price list without a year column leaves the years you've set untouched.
- A customer who names an exact model still gets that model, and a customer who asks for the cheapest option still gets the cheapest.
