Product imports now add and update — never remove
Upload a file with just your new or changed products. Matching items update, new ones are added, and the rest of your catalogue stays as it is.

Mampu AI now keeps your product catalogue intact when you import a price list: upload a file with only the products you want to add or change, and everything else in your catalogue stays exactly as it is.
How do I import only new or changed products in Mampu AI?
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub and choose the Product tile.
- Click Data integration → Upload CSV/Excel and choose your CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.
- Match the columns to product fields, then click Preview changes.
- Check what will be added and updated, and click Apply changes.
How does a product import match, add and update products?
- Products already in your catalogue are updated from the file. They are matched by SKU / item code, or by exact name when there is no SKU.
- Products not yet in your catalogue are added. Products not in the file are left untouched.
- When the import is done, a notification reports what was added and updated, for example "Product import finished: 24 added, 3 updated."
- To remove a product, delete it from the Product table.
