Send a message sequence step on an exact date

Mampu AI message sequences can now send a step on an exact calendar date and time. Everyone in the sequence gets that message on the same day, no matter when they joined, which suits launch days, holidays and other date-tied announcements.

How do I send a sequence message on a specific date in Mampu AI?

1. Open Settings → Message Sequences and open a sequence, or click Add message sequence.
2. On a step, set When to send to At a specific time.
3. Enter the time, choose On a date, and pick the date.

What happens to a dated sequence step once the date has passed?

• If the date and time have already passed, the step is skipped, so nobody gets an out-of-date announcement.
• Anyone who joins the sequence after that date and time has passed skips the step, so nobody gets a stale announcement. The rest of the sequence still runs.
• The other day options stay available next to it: Today, Tomorrow and X days later.
• After a delay accepts 0, so a step can go out the moment the sequence starts.
