Chain two automation rules together with a label
A label added by one automation rule now sets off your label-added rules too, so auto-labelling a chat can start its follow-up sequence on its own.

Mampu AI automation rules can now be chained with a label. When one rule adds a label, for example to conversations that mention a certain product, another rule that watches for that label runs too and can apply a message sequence, assign a team or do anything else a rule can do. Before, only labels added by hand set these rules off.
How do I chain automation rules with a label in Mampu AI?
- In Settings → Automation, create the first rule with the Add a Label action.
- Create a second rule with the Event set to Attribute Changed.
- Under Conditions, choose Labels → Label added and pick the same label.
- Add the follow-up action, such as Apply Message Sequence or Assign a Team, and click Create.
Which label changes set off a chained rule, and can rules loop?
- Works with both Label added and Label removed.
- One step per chain: a rule set off by another rule's label does not set off further rules, so two rules can never loop each other.
