Choose the inboxes AI Monitoring watches
Settings → AI Monitoring now has an inbox scope: pick your sales inboxes, and chat monitoring, reply scoring and lead analysis leave the rest alone.

Mampu AI can now limit AI Monitoring to the inboxes you pick, such as your sales inboxes, so support groups, internal relays and test inboxes are no longer monitored, scored or rated as leads alongside real sales chats.
How to use it
- Open Settings → AI Monitoring. The Inboxes section sits at the top of the page.
- Switch off Apply to all inboxes and pick the inboxes AI Monitoring should watch.
- Click Save changes.
Details
- Apply to all inboxes is on by default, so nothing changes until you narrow the list.
- Chat monitoring, agent reply scoring and lead analysis all follow the same list of inboxes.
- Removing an inbox clears its stored findings, reply scores and lead badges.
- An inbox you add back is picked up again from its next message.
