Start a Flow Agent test over with ##reset
Testers can send ##reset in the chat to wipe their test run and take the flow from the top again, in the same conversation.

Mampu AI now lets a Flow Agent's testers restart a test from their own phone. Anyone on the agent's tester list can send ##reset in the conversation, and the agent forgets that test run and treats the next message as a brand-new customer's first message, in the same chat. No new number or new chat needed to see the opening again.
How to use it
- In the designer, click Publish, choose Testers only and add your phone number, email or WhatsApp username under Tester phone numbers, emails or WhatsApp usernames.
- Chat with the agent on a connected inbox, as a customer would.
- Send ##reset as a message on its own. The agent confirms with "Flow reset — your next message starts the flow from the beginning."
- Send your next message and the flow starts from the top.
Details
- Works whether the agent is published to Testers only or Public, as long as you are on the tester list.
- Clears the labels the flow added, the AI columns that test run filled in and the submission it recorded. Other labels and the contact's details stay.
- From anyone who is not on the tester list, ##reset is an ordinary message.
