WhatsApp template pictures and files arrive already attached
Pick a WhatsApp template with an image, video or document and its file is already attached, in a blast or a reply. Swap it only when you want another.

Mampu AI now attaches a WhatsApp template's own image, video or document the moment you pick the template, so you no longer upload the file again every time you use it. This works in a conversation reply, a new conversation, a blasting and a message-sequence step.
How to use it
- Pick a template that has an image, video or document at the top. The file is already attached, with a small preview, the file name and the note From the template library.
- To send a different file this once, click the × on the file, then upload another or paste a link. The template itself does not change.
- To change the file for every future send, edit the template in Settings → WhatsApp Templates and upload a new example under Header.
Details
- The preview shows what the customer will receive before you send.
- A new Header example is reviewed by WhatsApp like any other template edit.
- A template that has no file in the library yet picks up the example it was approved with at the next sync.
- Templates apply to WhatsApp API (WhatsApp Cloud) numbers only.
