Find contacts by the labels on their conversations
Label views in Contacts now include every contact whose conversations carry the label, and Active lists your monthly active contacts.

Mampu AI Contacts now finds people by the labels on their conversations. Label a conversation and its contact shows up under that label in Contacts, so you no longer have to label the contact separately. The Active view now lists your monthly active contacts.
How do I find contacts by their conversation labels in Mampu AI?
- Label conversations as you normally do.
- In Contacts, click the label under Tagged with to see every contact carrying it, on the contact or on any of their conversations.
- Click Export contacts, or Select all … contacts in this view, to act on exactly the people you see in the list.
- Click Active to open Monthly active contacts.
Which contacts appear in a label view and in Monthly active contacts?
- A label view lists contacts labelled directly as well as contacts whose conversations carry the label.
- Exporting or selecting everyone in a label view picks up the same people as the list.
- Monthly active contacts shows everyone who counts towards this period's monthly active contacts total, so you can see who they are.
