Mampu AI now emails your account's administrators a daily lead report every morning at 8:30 (Malaysia time) when lead temperature is on: the last 24 hours of leads by temperature, and a list of leads to follow up, each linked to its conversation.
How do I get a daily lead report by email in Mampu AI?
- Open Settings → AI Monitoring and scroll to Lead analysis.
- Switch on Rate leads in this account. The report is on whenever lead temperature is on.
- To stop the email but keep the badges, switch off Email administrators a daily lead report and click Save changes.
What does the daily lead report email show?
- A scoreboard shows one row per temperature, with counts for the last 24 hours, customers still waiting for a reply, and leads that went quiet.
- Each lead in the list shows the customer's name, a one-line summary of what they asked for in the words of your own descriptions (for a travel agency, the itinerary and the number of travellers), and how long they have been quiet.
- Each lead links straight to its conversation.
- The report uses the badge text and colours you chose for each temperature.
