Use the Mampu AI dashboard in Bahasa Melayu
Bahasa Melayu is now a language you can pick for your account or just for yourself, and the dashboard, chat widget and system emails follow it.

Mampu AI now runs in Bahasa Melayu. Pick it once for the whole account, or let each team member choose it for themselves while the rest of the team stays in English or Chinese.
How to use it
- For the whole account, open Settings → Account Settings, choose Bahasa Melayu (ms) under Site language and click Update settings.
- Just for you, open Profile Settings and choose Bahasa Melayu (ms) under Preferred Language. Only your own screens change.
- To follow the account's language again, choose Use account default under Preferred Language.
Details
- Team members who have not picked a personal language follow the account's Site language.
- The customer chat widget and the emails the system sends follow the account's language too.
- Covered screens include conversations, contacts, reports, inbox and automation settings, Blasting, the Help Center editor, Flow Agents and the AI Knowledge Hub.
