Forward a message to another chat
Right-click any message and send it on to other chats or contacts, attachments included, without copying and pasting.

Mampu AI can now forward a message from one conversation to other chats or contacts, attachments included, the way you would on your phone. Use it when a customer's photo, document or question belongs in a different chat.
How do I forward a message to another chat in Mampu AI?
- Open the conversation and right-click the message. For a photo or video, right-click the time shown just below it.
- Choose Forward.
- In the Forward message dialog, tick the chats it should go to. Recent chats are listed first; search by name, email address or phone number to find any other chat or contact.
- Press Send.
What gets forwarded, and what does the recipient see?
- You can pick up to five chats or contacts at a time.
- The message text, photos, videos, documents and voice notes are forwarded as they are.
- Pick a contact who has no chat yet and a new conversation is started with them and assigned to you.
- The copy arrives as a message from you. Your team sees a Forwarded marker above it; the customer receives an ordinary message.
