Select several messages at once

Mampu AI can now select several messages in a conversation and forward, copy or delete them in one go, so a customer's five photos and a paragraph no longer have to be handled one at a time.

How do I select several messages at once in Mampu AI?

1. Right-click any message and choose Select messages. A checkbox appears beside every message and a bar replaces the reply box.
2. Click the other messages you want. Clicking a ticked message unticks it.
3. Pick Forward, Copy or Delete from the bar.
4. Press Escape or the x on the bar to leave selection mode.

What can I do with several selected messages, and what are the limits?

• Up to 30 messages can be selected at a time.
• Forward sends every selected message to each chat you pick, up to five, in the order they were originally sent.
• Copy puts a transcript on your clipboard, one line per message with the time, who wrote it and the text. Delete removes the selection after one confirmation and cannot be undone.
• Private notes can be copied or deleted but never forwarded: while one is ticked, Forward is greyed out.
