Update your product catalogue with one upload
Re-upload your price list and the AI Knowledge Hub catalogue updates changed products and adds new ones, with a preview before anything changes.

Mampu AI can now update your product catalogue in AI Knowledge Hub from a re-upload of your latest CSV or Excel price list: products already in the catalogue are updated in place and new ones are added, so a re-upload no longer leaves you with duplicates.
How do I update my product catalogue from a CSV or Excel file in Mampu AI?
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub and select the Product tile.
- Click Data integration → Upload CSV/Excel and choose the latest version of your file.
- Match each column to a product field, including SKU / item code, then click Preview changes.
- Check how many products will be added or updated, then click Apply changes.
How does a re-upload match products that are already in the catalogue?
- Products that are not in the file are left untouched. An upload only adds and updates, and nothing changes until you click Apply changes.
- With a SKU / item code column, a re-upload recognises a product even after you rename it. Without SKUs, products are matched by their exact name.
- Rows that can't be imported, such as two rows with the same name and no SKU, are listed in the preview with their row number, so you can fix the file and upload again.
- An unchanged file changes nothing, so you can re-upload at any time.
