A new Message Sender condition lets an automation rule tell replies from your team, your bots and your customers apart.

Mampu AI automation rules can now check who sent a message. On the Message Created event, the new Message Sender condition picks out messages from an Agent (human), a Bot or a Contact, so a keyword rule fires only on the replies you mean.
How do I make an automation rule check who sent a message in Mampu AI?
- Open Settings → Automation and click Create Automation, or edit an existing rule.
- Under Event, choose Message Created.
- Under Conditions, add Message Sender and pick Agent (human), Bot or Contact.
- Combine it with other conditions such as Message Contains or Inbox, then add your actions.
Which messages count as Agent (human), Bot or Contact?
- For example, add a label or send an email to your team whenever one of your agents replies "appointment confirmed", without the rule firing on your AI agent's own messages.
- Replies your team sends from the WhatsApp Business app on their phone count as Agent (human).
- Bot matches outgoing messages that no person on your team wrote.
