按消息发送者触发自动化规则
新的 Message Sender 条件让自动化规则能够区分来自你的团队、机器人和客户的消息。
Mampu AI 的自动化规则现在可以检查消息是谁发送的。在 Message Created 事件中，新的 Message Sender 条件可以筛选出来自 Agent (human)、Bot 或 Contact 的消息，让关键词规则只在你想要的回复上触发。
如何在 Mampu AI 中让自动化规则判断消息的发送者？
- 打开 Settings → Automation，点击 Create Automation，或编辑一条现有规则。
- 在 Event 下选择 Message Created。
- 在 Conditions 下添加 Message Sender，然后选择 Agent (human)、Bot 或 Contact。
- 将它与 Message Contains 或 Inbox 等其他条件组合，然后添加你的操作。
哪些消息算作 Agent (human)、Bot 或 Contact？
- 例如，每当你的某位客服回复"appointment confirmed"时添加标签或给团队发送电子邮件，而规则不会因你的 AI 智能体自己的消息而触发。
- 你的团队在手机上通过 WhatsApp Business 应用发送的回复也算作 Agent (human)。
- Bot 匹配不是由你团队中任何人编写的外发消息。
