Send message sequences in each customer's language
Add a language to a message sequence and every customer receives it in the language they chat in, with a default for everyone else.

Mampu AI can now send a message sequence in each customer's own language. A sequence carries a version of every message for each language your AI persona speaks, and customers receive the version that matches the language they chat in; everyone else receives the default language.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Message Sequences and write the sequence in your default language as usual.
- Above the steps, pick a language from Add a language…. The list mirrors the languages in your AI persona settings.
- On the new language tab, write that language's version under each message. Timing, conditions and media are shared with the default tab.
- If a step has a WhatsApp template, pick that language's template with Pick a … template.
Details
- A message you leave blank in a version sends the default text, and the tab shows how many messages are still untranslated.
- Choose the Default language everyone else receives under Setup → Language. Once a version is fully translated you can make it the default.
- Until you pick a language's WhatsApp template, the default template is used.
- Your existing sequences keep sending exactly as before until you add a language.
