Product photos go out with your AI agent's recommendations
Add photos to a product in your catalogue and your AI agent sends them with its recommendation when a customer asks.

Mampu AI Flow Agents now send a product's photos when they recommend it: when a customer asks about what you sell and the agent names a product from your catalogue, the photos attached to that product arrive right after the reply.
How do I get my AI agent to send product photos in Mampu AI?
- Open Flow Agents → AI Knowledge Hub and select the Product tile.
- Open a product, or click Add entry for a new one.
- Under Photos & files, drop in the pictures or click to upload, and drag them to set their order.
- Click Save. There is nothing else to switch on.
Which product photos does the Flow Agent send?
- Photos go out only for the products the agent actually named, so a customer asking about one item doesn't receive your whole catalogue.
- This works whenever the agent answers a product question on its own, with no change to your flow.
- A flow step with Tool type set to Product sends the product details as text.
- A product switched off in the catalogue is left out of recommendations, so its photos aren't sent.
