Automated emails get a real subject line, with Cc and Bcc
The Send a Message automation action can now set the email subject and copy people in Cc or Bcc, so your customer receives a proper email.

Mampu AI automation rules can now send a proper email: when the Send a Message action goes out through an email inbox, you can set the subject line and copy other people in Cc or Bcc, instead of a general heading about new messages.
How do I set the subject and Cc on automation emails in Mampu AI?
- Go to Settings → Automation and create or edit a rule.
- Add the Send a Message action and choose an email inbox next to it.
- Fill in the fields that appear under the recipient: Email subject, Cc and Bcc.
How do the email subject, Cc and Bcc fields work?
- All three fields accept variables, so the subject can carry the detail that matters, like the booking the email is about.
- Cc and Bcc take one address, or several separated by commas. Everyone on the email can see who is in Cc; Bcc stays hidden.
- Leave the subject empty and the email arrives under a general heading about new messages in the conversation.
- The subject shows on the message in your inbox, and replies your team sends in that thread keep it as "Re: …".
