Show a Flow Agent route only to customers with certain labels

Mampu AI now lets you reserve a Flow Agent route for the customers it's meant for. A branch of a condition block can be offered only when the conversation or the contact carries at least one of the labels you choose.
How do I show a flow route only to customers with certain labels in Mampu AI?
- Open your Flow Agent in the Designer and select a condition block.
- Click the filter icon on the branch you want to gate and press Add condition.
- Choose Customer labels and pick the labels that should unlock the route.
How do customer label conditions decide who sees a branch?
- Works with the labels your team and automations already apply, on the conversation or on the contact.
- Combine it with a Meta ad IDs condition: with both, a customer must match both to see the route.
- Branches without conditions stay visible to everyone, and gated branches show a filter badge on the canvas.
- To test label conditions as a specific customer, set a Scenario in the Playground.
