Quote a photo, voice note or file when you reply
Right-click any message, media included, and choose Reply to this message to quote it, or double-click the message. Quoted pictures show a thumbnail.

Mampu AI can now quote any message in a conversation when you reply, including photos, videos, voice notes and files, not only text. The customer sees exactly which message you are answering, the same way in WhatsApp.
How to use it
- In the conversation, right-click the message and choose Reply to this message, or double-click the message.
- The reply box shows Replying to: with the quoted message. For a picture, a thumbnail appears next to it. Click × to drop the quote.
- Type your reply and send. The quote travels with it.

- Quoting works the same way for text, photos, videos, voice notes and files.
- Quoted pictures show a thumbnail in the reply box and on the sent message.
- A single click on a photo still opens it full size; double-clicking quotes it instead.
- Double-clicking a Private Note does nothing, since notes are never sent to the customer.
