Stop emoji reactions from starting the Reply SLA countdown

Mampu AI Reply SLA can now ignore emoji reactions. In busy WhatsApp groups people acknowledge messages with a reaction, and until now a ✅ on a notification could start a reply countdown and raise a breach alert later, with nobody actually waiting. Turn on Ignore emoji reactions and reactions no longer count as customer messages for the SLA.

How do I stop emoji reactions from starting the Reply SLA in Mampu AI?

1. Open Settings → Reply SLA and click Add SLA, or open an existing SLA with Edit.
2. Under Reactions, turn on Ignore emoji reactions.
3. Click Save, or Create for a new SLA.

Which messages still count when Ignore emoji reactions is on?

• A reaction never starts the reply countdown and never starts a new round after a missed deadline.
• Typed messages still count, even when they are a single emoji.
• The setting is off by default, so existing SLAs behave as before until you turn it on.
• Each SLA has its own setting.
