See at a glance whether your WhatsApp Business number is connected
WhatsApp numbers linked by QR code now show a green or red dot in the sidebar and in Settings → Inboxes, so you spot a disconnected number instantly.

Mampu AI now shows whether each WhatsApp number linked by QR code, with the WhatsApp Business option, is still connected. A small dot on the inbox's channel icon turns green when the number is connected and red when it is not, so you notice a dropped connection before replies stop going out.
How do I check if my WhatsApp number is still connected in Mampu AI?
- Look for the dot on each WhatsApp inbox in the Channels list of the left sidebar, or on each inbox in Settings → Inboxes.
- Hover over the dot to read Connected or Disconnected.
- When it turns red, open the inbox's settings, go to the Connection Status tab, click Reconnect and scan the new QR code with your phone.
Which WhatsApp inboxes show the connection dot, and what happens when it's red?
- Only inboxes connected with the WhatsApp Business option by QR code show the dot.
- Until now the only way to notice was to open the inbox's settings and check its connection.
- While a number is disconnected, new messages aren't delivered until you reconnect the inbox.
