Show a Flow Agent route only to customers who came from specific Meta ads
Gate any branch of a condition block to chosen Meta ad IDs, so only customers who arrived through those ads see that route.

Mampu AI now lets one Flow Agent offer different journeys depending on which ad a customer clicked. A branch of a condition block can be reserved for customers who arrived through the Click-to-Message ads you list, and everyone else never sees it.
How do I show a flow route only to customers from a specific ad in Mampu AI?
- Open your Flow Agent in the Designer and select a condition block.
- Click the filter icon on the branch you want to gate, then press Add condition and choose Meta ad IDs.
- Type each ad ID and press Enter.
How do ad ID conditions decide who sees a branch?
- Each branch has its own list of ad IDs. Branches without a condition stay visible to every customer.
- Keep at least one open branch as the everyday path for customers who didn't come from an ad.
- Gated branches show a filter badge on the canvas, so you can read your routing at a glance.
- Tick Must go here on match to skip the question and send every matching customer straight down the branch.
