Comment replies can answer from your FAQs

Comment reply rules used to post one fixed text under every matching comment. Now a rule can answer the question itself. When someone comments "size 42 is UK what?", the reply under the comment gives the line from your size chart FAQ instead of a generic thank-you.

How do I turn it on in Mampu AI?

1. Go to Settings → Inboxes, open the Facebook, Instagram or TikTok inbox and choose Comment Replies.
2. Open a rule and switch on Answer from FAQs with AI.
3. Optionally add Text after the AI answer, such as "Tap the link in the video to order.", and pick FAQ categories to keep the rule to certain FAQs.
4. Fill Reply when no FAQ answers and click Save.

What does the reply say?

• A short answer from one approved FAQ, in the commenter's language.
• Greetings, emojis, complaints and questions your FAQs don't cover get the Reply when no FAQ answers text, or nothing if you leave it empty.
• FAQs you limited to certain customers are only used for commenters who match them.
• On Facebook and Instagram, the public reply now also shows in the comment's conversation in your inbox.
• The switch is off on every rule until you turn it on.
