Reply from another WhatsApp number without leaving the conversation
Pick which of your WhatsApp numbers a reply goes out from, inside the conversation. The customer's answer to that number lands in the same conversation.

Mampu AI can now send a reply from a different WhatsApp number of your account, inside the WhatsApp conversation you are already in. When the customer answers that number, their message lands in the same conversation.
How to use it
- Open a WhatsApp conversation. At the top of the reply box, From shows the number the reply will leave from, starting on the conversation's own number.
- Click From and pick another of your WhatsApp numbers.
- Write your reply and send it. It arrives on the customer's phone as a chat from the number you picked.
Details
- From only appears when you have more than one WhatsApp number to choose from. Only numbers you are a member of are offered; administrators see every WhatsApp number of the account.
- Numbers marked Templates only have no open 24-hour window with this customer. You can still pick one and reply with an approved template.
- Every message that went out from, or came in on, another number carries a via tag with that number's name, so your team knows which line spoke.
- Assignment, labels, reports and access stay with the conversation's original inbox. When you come back to the conversation later, From is on its own number again.
